We certify that all watches we sell are guaranteed to be authentic. We
DO NOT carry ANY replica or refurbished timepieces. We are not an authorized dealers of any brand,
which is how we can offer to sell the watch at a discounted price. What you gain through this, is buying the watch
at a discounted price. What you lose is the manufacturer's warranty. If you buy
a watch from anyone other than an "authorized" dealership, the
manufacturer's warranty is void. From our knowledge most brands have not
"Authorized" any company to sell its watches on the Internet.
Consequently, any watch you would purchase on the Internet would not be covered
under the manufacturer's warranty. If you buy through us you receive a two-year
warranty through Watchboutique, which is the same coverage as the manufacturers
warranty .

number, the manufacturer's warranty is still valid, this is not the case. The
manufacturer's warranty is void even if the serial number is present on the

Watchboutique. When the serial
number is present on the watch the description online will state “Serial
number intact”.
Should for any reason, you not be satisfied, please call us immediately
and we will handle the situation.
Serial Numbers
We are not
affiliated with any manufacturer, therefore we are not an authorized dealer of
any brand. Authorized dealers are required to control the retail pricing of
their watches. Manufactures set guidelines and many times the retailer is
forced to buy certain products and has no control over pricing or
discounting. We buy internationally from legitimate factories and
distributors. Our overhead is low and we purchase only the best products that
we know will sell. This way we can pass the savings on to you. We have over 25
years of experience in the watch and jewelry industry and our contacts are the
best in the world.
We only buy and sell watches with serial numbers intact. There is a misconception by some customers that if a watch has the
serial number, the manufacturer's warranty is still valid, this is not the
case.
The

Watch Warranty Information
Watch Boutique takes pride in all of the watches we sell.
We sell only the finest, first quality products.
All watches we sell
come with our exclusive 2 year warranty. A copy of the warranty
information is printed directly on the invoice with your purchase. Please
refer to your invoice when needing repair work.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by impact, vibrations, magnetic
fields, or batteries. It does not cover straps, bracelets, buckles, plating,
cases, or crystals. The warranty does not cover damage or defects arising from
normal wear; nor does it cover overhauls, maintenance, scratches, accidents,
or misuse. Any alterations, service, or repair performed by any party other
than WatchBoutique.com will void the warranty. Battery changes outside of
our service center will also void the warranty.
Automatic watches do not keep perfect time. In many cases, if the watch is
not keeping time with in the standards the watch will need to be
calibrated. Any watch over 6 months old that needs to be calibrated will
incur a cost. Calibration of watches, before the watch is due for an overhaul,
will incur a cost of $150. The normal service cost to overhaul any automatic
watch is $250
Damages caused to a timepiece arising from water or moisture, are not covered
under the warranty. Warranties are not transferrable. Opening the back casing
of the watch by uncertified watchmakers voids all warranties.
Return Policy
Watch Boutique, inc. gladly accepts watch returns within 15 days for a no hassle refund (Full price less shipping
costs an a 5% restocking fee). You may exchange your watch for an equal or
greater amount without incurring the restocking fee. We ask that you follow the following guidelines.
Please read on for all the details:
- If the watch shows any signs of wear, we will not be able to accept it for return.
- It is almost impossible to wear a watch (even for short periods) without scratching or blemishing it in some way. For this reason, please do not wear a watch that you think you might
return. We will gladly accept your return as long as the watch is in new condition. However, we cannot issue a
full refund if your watch shows any signs of being worn.
- If there is any possibility that you will return the watch,
please do not have it sized (removing links from the bracelet). Removing
links voids the return policy.
- If you are considering a return, please do not remove any of the tags or the protective coverings.
All watches come with a tag that states "not returnable if
removed" Removal of this tag declares that the watch has been
carefully inspected and was worn and
is not subject to full refund. Plastic coverings on the bracelet,
crystal and back of the dial must remain intact with your return. Do Not
remove any of the tags attached to the watches, if you are considering a
return. Removal of these items declares the watch has been worn and is not subject to
full refund.
The watch must not be:
- Sized
- Scratched
- Blemished
- Opened by anyone other than our service center
We ask you to call 1-877-928-2477 to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before you send us your watch. This will help us to expedite your credit. One of our sales consultants will be glad to assist you.

- Pay for the shipping (Collect shipments will be refused)
- Please insure the watch for its full value (If any damage or loss occurs during shipping on returns, we cannot assume liability)
- Return the watches the way they came: in the original box with all original packing materials, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and any other materials that came with the watches.
- We strongly suggest you use UPS, FedEx or any carrier requiring a signature guarantee. Please avoid using the U.S. postal service unless you send your package Express Mail, Certified Mail, or insured with a signature guarantee.
Upon purchase, buyer agrees to abide by the
refund policies set forth in this paragraph. Credits or refunds will not be
given in the event a watch is returned without following the return policy
stated above or sent back in any condition other than the original and unworn
condition (if the watch is worn, scratched, serviced by anyone other than the
Watchboutique authorized service center, or if any protective plastics are
removed). In the event that a watch is shipped to WatchBoutique Inc. without a
Return authorization number it is considered to be a used watch which is
being submitted for purchase by Watchboutique, Inc. at the current used market
value, and to be determined based upon the condition and pricing guideline
available by Watchboutique Inc. All Returns not following the company return policy
guidelines that are stated here and that were also attached to your invoice, are subject to
additional restocking fees.
Restocking fees are subject to our discretion and will be based on the current
market value for used watches.

will accept the return of new undamaged merchandise that has not
been special ordered, worn, sized or otherwise used, subject to
the following limitations:
- For a full refund (less shipping charges), merchandise
must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase in
original condition and in original packaging, accompanied by
proof of purchase. Refunds will be in the original form of
payment.
- All returned merchandise must show a Return
Authorization Number (RA) clearly marked on the outside of

- Watches and Jewelry are visually inspected upon receipt
for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds,
exchanges or credits. All jewelry and new watches returned
for refund or exchange must be unblemished and must have
the security tag still attached; otherwise the item's
will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
- Please ship the merchandise prepaid and insured for the
full purchase price against loss in transit via a traceable
carrier, such as UPS or Federal Express.

jewelry that it does not actually receive or that is not
