Are you an authorized dealer ? Will I receive the manufacturer’s warranty card ? Can I register the watch with the Manufacturer ?

Watchboutique is not an authorized dealer of any brand sold and the watches purchased shall not be serviced by the manufacturer under its warranty. The Manufacturers only guaranty  the authenticity of, and provides a warranty for merchandise purchased through its authorized retailers. We are not an authorized dealer, which is how we can offer to sell the watch at a discounted price.   From our knowledge, most Swiss watch Manufacturers have not "Authorized" any company to sell their  watches on the Internet. You will not receive the manufacturer’s warranty card, nor will you be able to register the watch with the manufacturer. Consequently, any watch you would purchase on the Internet would not be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If you buy through us you receive a two-year warranty through Watchboutique. The warranty is comparable to many of the manufacturer’s and our service is extremely fast. Please see “warranty” information below. Please Educate yourself before buying: Some online dealers will include the “manufacturer’s warranty card” if you buy from them, but what they fail to disclose is that the cards are not valid unless the following criteria are met: 1. The watch has to have been purchased directly from an authorized dealer . 2. The manufacturer’s serial number has to still be on the watch. 3. The manufacture's warranty card has to be stamped by the authorized dealer. Most Watch Companies do not authorize any online sellers (Please see their websites). Therefore, no company selling online can provide you with a valid warranty card.  We want our customers to be informed by Watchboutique’s full disclosure policy and to be aware of deception in the marketplace. Watchboutique will not include an invalid warranty card because it is deceptive, misleading and a misrepresentation to the consumer.
